To seal against the aggressive chemicals and high temperatures associated with semiconductor processing, Kalrez perfluoroelastomers outperform and outlast other seals by a wide margin. Kalrez materials are made by DuPont Dow, specifically address intense chemicals used in plasma and gas deposition as well as the high heat and temperature spikes of LPCVD, RTP and other thermal processes.
